Two disciplines. One standard.


Hammer Logic unites two industry leaders with nearly a decade of experience each. Our mission is simple: restore lives, rebuild homes, and build lasting relationships with the people who trust us with both. Every project, from a catastrophic-loss rebuild to a whole-home remodel, runs on trust, transparency, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Reese Darlington

Co-founder · Luxury remodeling

A Los Angeles native, Reese holds an MBA from Florida State University with a specialization in project management. Before Hammer Logic he spent nearly a decade delivering multimillion-dollar commercial and multifamily developments and luxury residential projects from Malibu to Palos Verdes.

That track record made him a preferred vendor for leading insurance agencies in Los Angeles's high-end neighborhoods. Today he leads the remodeling side of the practice, where design intent, schedule, and finish quality have to hold together at the same time.

Off the clock: Community service, cars, cooking, and yoga.

Arad Momen

Co-founder · Insurance restoration

Born in Iran, Arad moved to Southern California at ten and went on to earn a degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University. He has lived in Los Angeles since, and has spent nearly a decade inside the insurance-claims world.

His fluency in Xactimate, the estimating language carriers use, is what lets Hammer Logic document a loss precisely, advocate clearly, and help homeowners recover the full value of their claim. He leads restoration and the client relationship through it.

Off the clock: Community involvement, his dog Honey, cooking, and video games.

Anything is possible with the right attitude, hard work, and outside-the-box thinking.

Giving back

Every finished home funds something else.

Hammer Logic loves giving back. When a project is complete, we make a donation of at least $100, and up to $500, in your name and ours, to one of our five selected charities. It is our way of making sure the work we do in a home also reaches the community around it.
