An oceanfront living room reworked to put the water in front of you from the moment you walk in. We replaced the original window wall with a structurally engineered opening, refinished the floors in a pale wide plank, and kept the palette to three materials so nothing competes with the view.

Coastal exposure drove every spec — marine-grade fasteners, corrosion-resistant hardware, and a finish schedule chosen for salt air.
